Steve Yeo joined Lancashire in February 2008 and is responsible for providing Operational & Technical leadership and control of all Group claim activity as well as participating in the calculation and development of IBNR. Steve has extensive experience in the insurance industry having previously worked within the AIG Property & Energy Major Loss Team in London where he specialised in handling large, complex CAR and Operational losses across a wide range of offshore and onshore energy and commercial property risks.

Peter joined Lancashire Syndicates in 2009 in a senior claim’s role specialising in Property and Non-Marine Treaty. Peter has over 20 years’ experience in the Lloyd’s market, starting his career in broking with Aon Professional Risks and subsequently Willis, before joining Xchanging in 2003 as a claims adjuster; he was pivotal in the advent and development of the ECF2 system and more recently has played and continues to play a key role in the delivery and development of Blueprint 2 and the Future at Lloyd’s, including chairing the Claims Design Group (CDG). He is currently engaged with the Joint Solution Plan (JSP) and development of ICOS which will replace the ECF2 system as the lead Open Market claims representative.

Laura joined Lancashire in February 2018 as a Senior Claims Analyst before assuming the role of LICL Claims Manager in June 2019 and is responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the Bermuda claim’s function. Laura began her career at XL Catlin before joining RenaissanceRe in October 2012 as a Claims Technician. Laura has extensive experience handling both property and specialty/casualty claims and holds both the ARe and AIC qualifications.

This experience includes handling major losses in the North Sea, Gulf of Mexico, Middle East, South America and Asia Pacific.

Upon graduation, Jamie joined QBE where he spent 4 years as a Property Claims Adjuster. Jamie has a Batchelor of Arts Degree in Architecture and a Masters' Degree in International Management.

Joe began his career in the insurance market in 2006 with Willis Limited as a Broker Support Technician before joining Talbot Underwriting in 2009 as a Claims Technician. Joe plays an active role in the development and implementation of new systems and controls surrounding the claims function.

Tom has over 18 years' experience in the insurance industry having begun his career at Willis where he had a technical and later broking role within the aviation department. Subsequent to this he spent 6 years at Amlin as an Aviation Claims Adjuster. Tom has handled major airline, product and aerospace losses as both a lead insurer and a broker.

Prior to that, Sophie worked at Lime Communications, where she assisted in pitching media brands to film companies.

Daniel has over eight years of experience as a claims adjuster in the London market, having begun his career in 2012 with AIG initially as a Claims Administrator before being promoted to an Aviation Claims Adjuster and then as a Marine Claims Adjuster. Daniel has handled a broad variety of large and complex claims across both classes of business, more recently specialising in Cargo and Legal Liability.
