Lancashire Holdings Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce the voting results for the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of shareholders held at its London offices on Wednesday 30 April 2014. The meeting considered twenty of the twenty-one resolutions as set out in the AGM Notice dated 10 March 2014; all resolutions considered were duly passed and approved by shareholders casting their votes. Resolution 8 was not put by poll to the AGM due to the retirement and resignation of Richard Brindle as a director and CEO of the Company, as previously announced on 16 April 2014 after the circulation of the AGM notice to shareholders.
