Paula Porter joined Lancashire in January 2006 and now leads the UK subsidiary of Lancashire Insurance Company. Paula has over 28 years experience in the insurance industry in the London Market. She previously worked for Sedgwick Insurance Brokers, latterly Marsh, as Managing Director of a worldwide industrial client focused team of 50 people. In 1999 she moved to Houston Casualty Company in London as Senior Property Underwriter to start up the London office of that company. While there, she was responsible for underwriting a US (70%) and International (30%) open market property book, primarily for Fortune 500 companies.

Paul Gregory joined Lancashire in May 2007 as a member of the underwriting team and is responsible for underwriting the Energy account and assists in the development of Lancashire Middle East. Paul participated in the Marsh Graduate Scheme in 2001 as an Account Executive in the Energy Team which was followed by experience as an Underwriter in the Energy team at AIG in 2005.
